Overall my experience was great. The process of selecting my vehicle, test driving it and finalizing the deal was smooth. My only issue is when I went to finance, It was kind of a hassle. My payment started out small and the finance guy tried to sell me the extended warranty, it doubled my payment plus he was able to manipulate the interest rate. Now, I have an 800 credit score but that doesn't matter, I was still hit with a rate just under 5%. I also inquired about the 0% interest but you take the 0% interest, they take away the rebates which I think is totally wrong. So, with that, just be alert when you walk in to finance. I will be canceling the warranty and refinancing the car at my Credit Union for a much lower interest rate.
