I began with George. He was helpfuL and understood the features of the car. I didn’t come with the intention of purchasing a Ford. When I returned he was off and so he had Claire help me. I was more committed to purchasing a Ford and so I had more questions for her. Both of them answer messages promptly and are always professional. Easy to work with. There was one glitch. Nothing to do with Claire it George. My husband and I intended to make a cash purchase but due to rebates we needed to finance a portion. I feel confident Claire told him the amount we wanted to finance and in my excitement forgot to write a check. The finance manger didn’t verify verbally the amount to finance and financed the whole amount. We were not interested in paying interest in the full amount. So that was a bit unsettling. Partly our fault as well. It was a late and rainy night and we all wanted to get Home. We did resolve the issue easily.
