AutoNation Ford Katy

I had two sales reps. George Fielding and Claire. Both were excellent and where well informed about the vehicle. All went well until we were signing papers. My husband and I wanted to finance a small portion of the price of the car. I know that Claire informed the finance person we were dealing of the amount we intended to finance. In my excitement I never wrote the check and realized it as I was driving home. However the finance person didn't ask for the check either. He just financed the entire cost of the automobile. I am not sure if it was an intentional or an oversight but I feel it was the finance man's responsibility to only finance what we requested. Otherwise our experience was excellent.
