AutoNation Ford Katy

First let me explain the rating. In a 5 star scale, three stars meets all the standards and considered good. The 4 stars given is excellent and exceeded expectations. A 5 star should be rare as we all have areas where we can improve and perfect hardly ever happens. That being said, Kevin G. did an excellent job working with me throughout the process. He has a great general knowledge of the vehicle and the process for purchasing. The finance manager was also great and we worked through the process seamlessly. There were also aftermarket additions after the sale that the team assisted with and kept me up to date on final delivery. Largest area of improvement is the financing paperwork. This process appears to have not been updated in 20 years or more. It's just ironic that I can buy and sell a home/property by electronic signature, but an auto loan still has the same old pink/yellow/green paperwork. I'm sure that is not the fault of AutoNation, but if enough people complain, maybe something will change. It makes no difference if you are financing or paying cash, the process takes equal time. Leaving on a positive note, the experience was excellent and I would recommend AutoNation if interested in a FORD product.
