Lone Star Chevrolet
Dealership Sales Review
I have always been suspicious when it comes to the practices of car dealerships. Lonestar Chevrolet takes the cake with their deceptive practices. They repair severely wrecked cars and market them as "Certified" and they acknowlege the practice as an industry practice. They bait and switch with their warranty offerings by modifying ever so slightly the warranty paperwork so they can provide something other than what was agreed to. Below is a message that i sent to the GM at this dealership after attempting to settle my disputes with the Sales Manager. It speaks for itself: Hi Ms Cross, I would like to talk to you about a recent ugly incident that took place at your place of business today. I have had a dispute with your organization for awhile and today I tried to resolve this impasse with Mr. Blanchard. The conversation became somewhat heated and although I am not proud of my behavior, I am totally appalled at the behavior of your GSM, Mr. Blanchard. I have never come across anyone so ill equipped to handle a dispute as Mr. Blanchard. Spewing obscenities in an aggressive, assaulting manner while making comments like "you have short man's disease" while aggressively pursuing a customer into your parking lot is not becoming of a professional under any circumstances. All of this in front of your sales staff and customers. I would like to speak to you in detail about this. If I do not hear from you I will run this up hill to your owner and to the Regional level at Chevrolet if necessary. I am not sure that this type of behavior is good for business and I would be shocked if you condone it. Mr. Blanchard is by far the most unprofessional manager that I have ever come across in any business. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars with your business as has many of my friends and business associates and this kind of incident could and should cost you millions in lost business in the future if ignored
