Alex Fuentes at AutoNation Ford Gulf Freeway was one of the most respectful and professional people I’ve ever come across. Made me feel important and respected during my whole interaction with him. Every time I had a question or concern he was there to address it in the most professional manner. I would come back even if I had to drive over half an hour instead of going to the dealer nearest to my home just because of this gentleman! Thank you Alex Fuentes! You’ve left a positive imprint on this customer!
