onI needed to get the thermostat replaced on my 2019 Blazer. I contacted Bernie within the service group and he made the process so simple. He stayed in constant contact throughout the 3 days and provided updates as soon as they were available. Great work by Bernie. We will definitely be back when new issues arise.
