onThe supervisor was dismissive when I told Mercedes that my temp gauge was still not functioning correctly. They were still dismissive when I told them I know how my care behaves. When I told them to give me a refund so I could take my car to a competent mechanic, they paid attention!!! To this day, the temperature gauge is still dramatically fluctuating. I have an appointment to attempt for the 3rd or 4th time to fix the car.
