Mercedes-Benz of Houston Greenway

I would never recommend anyone going to Greenway as I bought a car from them paid half upfront $40,000 car and rent knew and Chris knew as well. His general manager and used cars is gently used Range Rover discovery. I bought not have a manual in the glove box and they knew it and they didn’t even try and get me one. They just made up stuff and I’ve called and called probably six times Chris and six times to read leaving messages. Never getting anywhere. I’m at the point where I’m gonna call the GM and discuss it with him This is poor service for Greenway. Don’t use a dealer until you make sure you’ve got everything in the vehicle that’s supposed to be there. They are not upfront and honest.
