2 Hour oil change

onWhen the time comes to get an oil change for my vehicle, it is my nemesis! It happens most of the times! Even if you make an appointment thinking that you're going to be out within a decent amount of time.... NO!!! A two hour oil change and they didn't even do the multi point inspection!I am sick and tired of always the same.
