We had a fantastic experience at Lonestar Chevrolet and will be returning for my next vehicle. The atmosphere at LSC is friendly, comfortable, and accomodating. Veteran Saul Pena was our salesman. He was awesome throughout the entire process. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, understanding, and most of all, transparent. Saul was nothing like previous car salesmen I have dealt with in the past. He did not pressure or rush us to buying the suv that we were interested in. Elena Trevino, the Sales Manager, was also helpful. The finance department made the transaction smooth and easy. Eleazar was the finance agent that worked with us. I would ask to work with him when you get to the financing part of your purchase. Elvis got us set up with the My Chevrolet app and all of the vehicle personalizations. Overall the staff and dealership were wonderful, a sales lady even brought our daughter a coloring book. I highly recommend visiting Lonestar Chevrolet if you're in the market for a vehicle.
