Service on my 2022 Ford Explorer

onWith my vehicle, only 9 months old and six thousand miles on it, the "check engine " light came on. According to the Ford Pass app, it showed a malfunction with the catalytic converter. I was not informed when I took in my vehicle, that it would be TEN days before I got my truck back. Prolonged diagnostic, plus parts unavailability were the reasons I was given. No loaner or rental vehicles were made available during this time
