AutoNation Ford Gulf Freeway

Recently discovered that the inspection sticker on my 2015 Explorer does not match the states' records. Weeks of trying to get the Dealer to rectify the situation has resulted in nothing but runaround and unfulfilled promise to have the Service Manager contact me. In other words; the salesman threw the problem over the wall and didn't bother to follow up. This mess is keeping me from renewing my tags while having a sticker that is good for another year.
