onTypical car dealership....you get a nice salesperson but everything goes through the finance desk so the salesperson is just a liaison. The finance desk only cares about max profit and will screw you over. I was initially offer only about 40% of the fair value of my trade-in and when I walked out and drove off they immediately call and nearly doubled the trade-in offer. The car buying process is broken and I dread it. AutoNation was "average". It would be very nice if we could just do honest business without the back and forth stuff but I suppose it's expected with car dealerships.
