Sales and finance staff were straightforward and easy to work with. No pushy behavior, spent all the time you could ask for. The problem is they aren’t servicing used cars before they sell them. Oil life is 40%, cabin air filter was clogged it was so dirty, interior only got dressing and wiped the place you don’t want, the wheel. The car was downright dirty. Nothing a good detailing didn’t fix when I got it home but not what you expect when dropping $30k. Honestly this feels like every car dealer right now and this was the least bad used car I found. I’m happy with my purchase, but nostalgic for the used car dealer of 5 years ago.
