AutoNation Ford Gulf Freeway

I saw a car that I was interested in which was recently added to the internet so it had no picture. i went to the dealership to check it out. i originally was told to speak to a member of management, but when I got there a salesman tried to take my situation in his own hands. He was rude, sloppy and very unprofessional.He touched me way too much and tried to be personal. I told the manager I didn't want to deal with him and I preceded to buy this vehicle anyway (with the managers help), I test drove it and there were some minor problems. I had no worries because the dealership just got it in and these flaws would be caught by the mechanics in service i was told. I told them I will go through my credit union and will be back in 2days. When I returned the salesman brought me the papers to sign without explaining. Even when i asked questions about it he gave me some simple answer that still didn't make since and he was still using acronyms that i had no idea what they were.After all the paper work was handled with the finance team, i found out that someone in the used sales dept had pulled my credit already that day even though i did no financial service with them yet. I was mad because there was no reason for it especially after i had already got the loan with my credit union. When I left the car still had alignment problems and a clicking noise when i drove off, I called the manger right away and he told me to bring it back tomorrow. i brought it back the next day, I picked it up 1 day later and it still wasn't up to par. When I started to show less confidence in the buy they showed me a check list of what was supposed to be checked on the car, but the problems i was having weren't checked even though they were on the paper...little did they know i had someone else look at the car and only 1 thing had been fix by Champion Ford Services only because I pointed it out...oh did I mention the service rep tried to tell me he drove it to check it out but the vehicle had the same mileage as when i dropped it off ... so how was that possible. NEVER AGAIN
