AutoNation Ford Gulf Freeway

Our whole experience was very pleasant. My husband and I don't have any complaints about our purchase this past Saturday of my new 2013 Explorer. We went to a dealership on Friday evening and the salesperson wasn't interested in selling us a thing. He wasn't even very knowledgeable about the car. We were very disappointed and were hoping that this wasn't a sign of what was to come. Our salesman on Saturday was just the opposite. He was very friendly and was ready to help us however he could. I was honest with him from the beginning about not even being sure yet what I was going to buy. He treated us just the same despite the fact that there was a 50-50 chance he could be wasting his time. He was extremely knowledgeable about the cars I was interested in and didn't seem to mind my picky, indecisiveness. We also interacted with the finance department and the accessories department. Both were very nice to work with. We will definitely go back for our future Ford purchases.
