Went out to Auto Nation Ford looking for my wife an Explorer. We had an appointment set with Calvin N. He was professional and nice and determined. I say determined because he wasn't pushy he just wanted to make us happy and leave with a smile on our face and drive home in a new car. Everyone there was polite and helpful. Not once did I feel pressured into buying the vehicle.
