Sales service vs financing service

onLet me start by saying we had a great experience with the sales person and the sales team. However, we did not have a great experience with financing. We purchased an extended warranty the day of sale and told we could cancel at anytime. The very next week we requested the extend warranty be cancelled. It has now been Six weeks after purchase and we are still trying to have the warranty cancelled. I will not return to this dealership for my next vehicle purchase.
