My rating is based on total experience. Sales person help and interest in me is 5 stars. Champion as a company is not so high. Understand that management here requires you to bargain even when you tell them up front that you want a fair price. Im not against dealers making money, but I know the market and if it was not for the salesperson I would have walked. Im recommending the salesman if your in the market for a ford, not the dealership. Be prepared, know what you want and what you can pay.
