Service representatives are liars

Melissa had looked into an active warranty that was on my vehicle, she said I was able to use it since it showed active although my name wasn’t on that warranty. After dropping off my car she said her manager said that wasn’t possible, she then was going to check my active warranty to see if it was possible before running and performing diagnostic. She did not do til after the fact and got suckered into getting a diagnostic. Was looking for replacement on my radio my warranty doesn’t cover that but that was the reason why I asked an advisor if it was covered before actually bringing it in and accepting these charges for nothing, aside from that I had to get a rental for a week, didn’t get feedback til after I had to reach out and charged
