AUTO NATION CHEVROLET GULF FREE WAY very bad experience, this is the third time I have had a bad experience servicing my sonic and my traverse at this agency, the first time they damaged a screw, the second time they did an alignment on my traverse and the They left it very bad, and the third one, they changed the brake pads and after that you heard a very ugly noise when braking, and finally I made an appointment to have the damage to the brakes checked and the employee told me that it was too late to review it (3:00 pm I don't know why they make appointments at those times if they won't be able to serve clients) muy mala experiencia ,es la tercera vez que tengo una mala experiencia haciendo el servicio a mi sonic y mi traverse en esta agencia,la primera vez me dańaron un tornillo ,la segunda vez hicieron alineacion a mi traverse y la dejaron muy mal ,y la tercera .,cambiaron las balatas y despues de eso se escucha un ruido muy feo al frenar ,,y para terminar hice una cita para que revisaran el dańo de los frenos y el empleado me dijo que era muy tarde para revisarlo (3:00 pm no se porque ponen citas en esos horarios si no van a poder atender a los clientes )
