Services doesn’t match the amount of money you spend

The wait is always super long with an appointment. Nothing is ever explained in full, they never check any of the notifications that’s displayed on your car if that’s not the reason it’s being brought in. Then during check out they rush you. No good refreshments, not enough outlets to accommodate everyone waiting. And the car wash is a joke!
