As I made my commitment, Clay Estes (sales person) understood my requirements and urgency as I live over an hour away and did not want to make multiple trips. I have purchased a vehicle from James Wood in the past. Unfortunately I wondered off and purchased locally – BIG MISTAKE!!! I have had my best vehicle purchasing and service experience at James Wood. From now on, James Wood will be the ONLY dealership I do business with.<br>
