'Appointments' and 'schedules' seem to be a problem at this dealership. 30 min late being seen for my appointment, and my one request to have a loaner waiting on me, since I was coming from Ft. Worth and on my lunch break, was completely ignored after it had been assured to me on 3 separate occasions confirming that i was scheduled for a loaner. So I drove away that same afternoon in my own car without it being serviced. Complete waste of my time, gas money, and work time, and my car still needs to be fixed.(they say they'll call me when they get another loaner ready for me) hope it doesn't take too long because my warranty will be up very soon! This has been the worst car buying experience and its not over. I was extremely upset when I left there and nobody has shown me any understanding or compassion. Its like nobody cares to try and resolve and compensate for the issue that has caused me to be such an upset customer. So customer service needs an attitude adjustment, and please hire some people that have management skills. Thanks for letting me review. I'll keep complaining and see how long it takes for someone with some integrity to show up. P. Lightfoot
