onMy service advisor is/was Dean Nassar, an upstanding individual who handled my car/case with urgency, effective communication, and did his best to coordinate everything to ensure timely return of my 2018 BMW 530i. I appreciate the professionalism, frequent communication and desire to be available and assist where possible. It was my first time having a car break down, but the recovery process was smooth and transparent and bonus points for BMW of Dallas/Dean for offering uber rides home.
