onfirst issue was a lack of communication by my service rep; 3 days; it was always necessary to call or text him to find out status of repairs, and then wait for a call back; second issue was a service on my invoice that I was later able to confirm was not performed; so why was it on my invoice? and why was I charged $259.00 for it?
