Poor BMW Service

onMy car stalled on the freeway in rush hour. I had it towed to BMW OF DALLAS for repair. They charged me $700 to replace a high pressure fuel sensor. A week later, the car stalled in the exact same way leaving me stranded again. Another tow ($215). This time they replaced the fuel pump. It works correctly now. I paid for a repair that didn’t fix my car plus another tow ($1000). It is extremely difficult to get ahold of anybody at BMW of Dallas. No email addresses on their website. The service department doesn’t answer & doesn’t return calls messages left on answering machine. You have to go to BMW in person to get any results. I’m extremely dissatisfied with BMW OF DALLAS.
