In the end, I was able to obtain what I needed. However, the customer service is non-existent. Every person you encounter acts like it's a burden to wait on you. You have to approach someone to get help as employees will not come to you and ask how they can support you. Norma has the flattest affect and has no joy in her voice. The man at the parts desk on Saturday 9/16/23 could not have been more put out and told me to go find a service advisor. Who is a service advisor? He told me just to approach someone at a desk. I did and that man acted like I had ruined his day just asking for help. This has been my experience every time I have come in since I purchased this car in 2020. I would HIGHLY recommend you all take a note from Park Place Mercedes-Benz in how they provide exceptional customer service, every time.
