I wanted to recognize Aldo Ordaz in the sales department of BMW of Dallas for his excellent sales support for the new BMW Model I purchased this year. It was a seamless process and Aldo’s regular updates have been great help. Also, I want to recognize the excellent service support from Victor Jaime has been nothing short of amazing. He is always detailed and responsive to my questions and helps explain all service items and prioritizes them so I can understand which items to fix first. The service support system is fantastic because if the troubleshooting videos which are sent so I can actually see what’s going on with the service items that need to be fixed in detail. I will highly recommend BMW of Dallas for your next car!
