BMW of Dallas

I recently bought a BMW X5. This is my first BMW and so far it’s been amazing. I worked with Chris and he was great. He answered all of my questions and wasn’t pushy, which was huge plus for me. The only negative for me was the finance people. I came in with pre-approved loan from my bank and I felt like they were overly aggressive about me financing through one of their “partners”, even though their rate was higher. That interaction almost made me walk away but I wanted the car, which sells itself and I liked the way Chris conducted business throughout my search process. My high rating is specific to my dealings with Chris.
