The service experience that I had at Mini of the Woodlands was easy! My husband bought me my first Mini Cooper in 2010. Driving a Mini Cooper is a blast. My last one had some kind of issue with the battery. Selene and her service crew kept in touch with me be phone and also by text. The easiest service visit for one of my cars that I have ever had. They got the car in and out when they "predicted" and as I mentioned kept in touch with me. The car drives great! Also, I should mention that my car had been cleaned up so well that it looked like it just rolled off of the showroom floor! Thank you Selene, Kara, and the rest of the team that worked on my car. Also, thank you Mini of the Woodlands.....job well done by all involved!
