Terrible, inexcusable

Took my MINI in for a walnut shell carbon removal - lied about how long it would take (said a few days turned into 2 weeks) didn't wash my car, drained all the coolant out of it and now my car leaks it badly. When I called (hoping they would take account of their screw ups) they just denied and the manager (Jolene) never called me back. I have already told one person at work I will pay them out of my own pocket not to go there.
