After the sale all the promises vanished

I went there to buy a RAM 1500. The price was good, but by the time I was picking up the truck I noticed that some accessories that were included in the pictures were missing (tounneau and floor mats) when I discussed that over the phone, after sharing the pictures from their publication, it was agreed that at the time I picked up the plates, they will polish the truck in compensation. After that, I did not receive further answers to my messages, and the plates arrived by mail. I believe the message was clear.
