Multiple bad experiences with Momentum service led me to MotW's doorstep for service. My service advisor (Audrey) was kind, quick and careful to address my needs... though, in the end the charges quickly added up to more than I was willing to invest in my 60k+ mile 2011 S hardtop (no fault of the dealership... I needed to have a lot done). I opted to instead shop for a new vehicle. I had a pretty good idea what I wanted in my new MINI. Regardless, Mike H. (sales advisor) went out of his way to ensure he was putting me in a vehicle that suited my needs. From Q&A, to test drives, to final choice and financing, to post-sale followup, I have been made to feel well informed and comfortable with my purchase. This is my eight car purchase, and MINI of the Woodlands has proven to be a real class act in my history as a consumer. Would, and probably will, do business here again.
