I called in April to schedule a Recall repair but the part wasn't in. About the end of May they called me back to schedule. I chose my time, they gave me a loaner car without issue, the loaner was like my own so easy to use. I dropped off on Wed & was told pick up would be Friday or Monday. Friday night I get a vm stating my car would be ready Sat for pick up. Sat around 10 I was texted my vehicle was ready. I dropped off the loaner, walked inside and my car was pulled around ready to go.
