onWesley listen to me and addressed all my concerns that I had mentioned on my CR-V 2017s first visit but nothing was done and the problem continued. This second visit with Wesley in charge not only did he listen but because of his care there were missing screws, loose ones and the noise was gone. Yeah, Wesley!!!! You rock!
