onI was greeted by name at the outside service kiosk. Pulled into the service area was greeted again. My service advisor, Jim talked with me and addressed my recall concerns . Anthony Herrera was referred to address other motor concerns. Jim was at the rental car desk and helped me feel at ease with the process. Overall just getting the car into the shop was a real treat. Anthony called and texted when the work was completed and returning the rental was just as easy. What made all of this really special was a return text to make sure I was satisfied with the work done on my car. 5 Stars to all the team members!!!
