Oil change & 13 Point Inspection Time
Written by 01/17/2018
onThe current time for an Oil Change & 13 Point Inspection is currently stated as 1 to 1/2 hours. Way too long. And although it has reportedly come Down from 4 hours, 1 1/2 is still too long. And mine took Over 2 Hours. When you consider the quick change places and GM dealership times AND they are WithOut Reservations.! Yes the Inspection, done professionally does take extra time, .....but 1 1/2 hours. Comon Man.!

Dealer Response
Thanks for being a customer of ours, Greg! We appreciate the feedback and are on the path to getting wait times down. :) We're currently implementing new technology and processes to both maximize efficiency in our shop and improve the customer experience. We're also actively hiring and have added 6 new teammates to our roster just last month. We're confident that wait times will improve once our newbies get fully trained in and familiar with our processes. In the meantime, we sincerely appreciate your patience and look forward to serving you next time. -The Team at First Texas Honda
