Jack was great to work with on and did a very good job of only providing me the services that my car truly needed. He was responsive and very easy to work with. My only negative comment is about the quality of the interior detail I purchased. I didn't notice until I had left the dealership, but the interior console and door sills had clearly not been cleaned well. I had had my car detailed once before and thought First Texas Honda did a very good job...this time, not so much.
