Great Experience with repair

The service representative I worked with was extremely knowledgeable about he car and immediately diagnosed the problem. He was realistic in his estimate of how long it would take to repair. He understood my need for a vehicle and arranged for a loaner car for me. Tim kept me informed at every stage of the repair. He even had my car washed and cleaned when it was returned. It was a great experience, and I won't hesitate to come back!
