confusing set-up

This was my first experience with the service department at the new Steck location, and while my service requirements were met with professionalism, there was a lot of confusion over how I was to be contacted about how the work on my vehicle was progressing. I was used to the intercom system at the former location, and I didn't have my mobile phone with me. I waited for an unnecessarily long time for my vehicle because of it, and I hope First Texas works this bug out soon!
