Best car buying experience ever!

I had been struggling to buy another Ford Explorer for several weeks. Got tired of dealing with rude and amateurish sales people and shifty sales managers every where I went. Finally gave up and went to First Texas to look at a Pilot. Everything about this dealership was a breath of fresh air. Mark Klingele made the transaction fun and easy. I was out the door with my new car in about an hour and a half. It was like buying a car from a good friend. The dealership is spacious and modern with a great selection of vehicles to choose from. Impressive service department too. I look forward to a solid relationship with First Texas Honda in the years to come.
