I made an appointmetnt With Mr. Mark Klingele back in September to learn what was needed to disolve a loan that was up side down. Mark showed me the steps to make the transaction through a lease option. He suggested how much to plan for to make a down payment , ans I was able to meet that ammount. We kept in touch through to December 30th, 2017, when I was able to bring in the down payment and complete the transaction.
