Dealership Service Review
First off, let me make it VERY CLEAR that I do NOT appreciate the way the porter (Lee) drove my vehicle back to the service station! Not only did I witness him driving in the parking lot like her was maneuvering through a safety protocol demonstration (swirving left and right), the articles in my trunk we’re flipped over and on the opposite side of the truck as if someone had gone through (no I’m suggesting someone did, I’m simply stating the items wouldn’t have otherwise been like that had my vehicle been driven properly). Second of all, I feel as though my service Advisor was not honest with me. I visited for a simple tire pressure light. The Advisor assured me that he checked my tires and added air to them, however when I asked him what the pressure was at when “they checked all of them including the spare” not only was he unable to tell me the numbers. Third, while my service advisor assured me that they checked all five tires, there was absolutely no indication that the spare was checked (ie the mat in the back of trunk showed no signs of being touched). If my advisor simply had the sensor reset, that is all I’m asking that he share with me.
