We had a marvelous experience purchasing a 2009 Camry. The salesman worked patiently with us allowing us the time and space we needed to decide between the Camry and two other cars. He answered all our questions and was never pushy unlike the salesman at another dealership. His primary concern was that our needs were being met - both in the car selection, and in the purchase. This did not stop with the salesman but continued with finance and delivery personnel. They had to get the car we wanted (color and options) from another city. We ordered it Monday evening and it was delivered, checked out, cleaned up and ready for us to take possession by Thursday noon. The salesman even came in on his day off to make sure they could deliver on our requested day. It even came with an option that we had not negotiated for and we didn't have to pay extra. I've never had such a smooth car buying experience and we are completely satisfied with both our new car and the purchase experience.
