I don't even know where to start. I first started looking for a car about 2 weeks ago, and I mainly delt with people over the phone rather than taking a trip out of town and wasting a lot of time. I looked here at the local Toyota dealership and I also spoke with many dealerships in Houston. When I got ahold of Brian McDonald at Champion Toyota he was very friendly, all I needed to do was tell him what I was looking for and he found exactly what I wanted and worked with their finance department to give me an INCREDIBLE deal and stuck with it. (Unlike others that I spoke with but that's another story!) It was totally worth the 2 hour drive to work with someone who was honest and appreciated my business. There was no hassles whatsoever. He even had all of the paperwork and the car ready when we arrived, all we needed to do was go through the finance department and have a rundown on the books and the car. I have tagged along with my parents to buy many cars and it has always been an all day process, but here, we were in and out. The finance guy who helped us, Josh, was very friendly and went over all of the extra warrantys and made sure we left happy. Stan, which I'm not sure what his title is, went over the books with us, what the warranty covered and what not. Then he took me out to the car and showed me every feature the car had and how it functioned, great guy! I'm completely satisfied with my purchase at Champion. I can't tell you HOW stressed I was throughout this whole car shopping process, especially because this was my first time, and these guys totally relieved it. I am very appreciative of how accomodating everyone was, especially Brian, and I will definitely do business with them again in the future!!! Also, after you have bought your car they keep in touch to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase and encourage you to call or come by anytime if you have questions. THEY ARE GREAT!!!!
