AutoNation Toyota South Austin

My experience with Champion Toyota is far and away the most positive I've ever had with a car dealership. I appreciate the fact that the Sales Consultant, Gloria Bergeron, repeatedly asked me if I had any questions or problems both before and after my Camry Hybrid was delivered, and answered the questions that I had. As she said in her message that I received today, I know that she as well as Jack, the gentleman who showed me how to operate the car, are very concerned that my experience has been "Excellent" in every respect -- as was the woman who called me on the phone, asked me some questions on which I rated various aspects of my experience on a scale of 1 to 10, and then allowed me to leave a voice mail message describing my reactions in my own words. Josh, the financial guy (I don't remember his exact job title) was very helpful in going over the various warranties, etc., that were available to me, both the ones that come standard with the car and the additional possibilities. I also appreciate the fact that Jack took so much time and was so conscientious about showing me how to operate the car, not only on Saturday, the day I picked it up, but again on Tuesday, when I had a few questions when I came back in to get the Appearance package added. I'm very impressed that all of the people at Champion Toyota want SO MUCH for me to have a good experience with the purchase of my car. I will be glad to recommend their dealership enthusiastically to anyone.
