AutoNation Toyota South Austin
Dealership Sales Review
I'm the type of person who researches for weeks before narrowing my search to one or two items. In the case of my new vehicle, I'd narrowed it down to a Toyota RAV4 and a Nissan Murano. So, my next action was to test-drive both. Once I'd test driven both vehicles, I knew, hands down that I wanted the RAV4. It was sportier, handled better around curves and in tight radius turns, got better gas mileage and had probably the best A/C of any car in this class that I'd ever driven. My next step in the adventure was to visit dealerships. The relationship between a car salesman and a buyer has to have an element of trust as the basis. After visiting two other Toyota Dealerships, I visited Champion Toyota. My salesman was Scott Foss and he could not have made my dealership decision easier unless his was the only Toyota Dealership in the state of Texas. He took the parameters of what I wanted, brought up every vehicle that matched my wants in a tri-state area, gave me the details, pointed out the vehicle that most closely matched my specifications, described some of the other options available on the different models, but let me make my own decision without a hard-sell. Once I'd decided on the one I wanted, Scott bent over backwards to get me the best deal (which beat both of the other two Toyota dealerships I'd visited) and I now drive a very pretty white RAV4. Everything about this dealership was professional personified, from the sales staff to the financing group. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and this salesman to my closest friend or family.
