I was impressed all around by how things went when I bought my Tacoma. The salesman, Jim Lee, was very knowledgeable and helpful, all questions answered truthfully, and he came through with everything he promised. The other staff are extremely courteous, helpful, professional. No Hard-sell which I find very aggravating. They have the best coffee machine I have come across in any kind of shop/store.
